PhD Project

The focus of my PhD project is to investigate the familiar risk for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in brain functioning. Functional MRI is used to measure brain activity during tasks that probe inhibition, expectation and decision systems. Activation patterns in subjects with ADHD are compared with those in their unaffected siblings and healthy controls. 

Research Interests: developmental neuroscience, fronto-striatal & fronto-cerebellar circuits, endophenotypes, decision making, psychophysics, cognitive control
